In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, these sessions are designed to support your nervous system, mind, and body—while honoring where you’re at financially. This is a 60-minute, personalized bodywork session focused on relaxation, grounding, and gentle release. Choose a rate within the sliding scale of $60–$95 that feels supportive and sustainable for you. Available Tuesdays in May only. Limited spots each week.
